Nihar has spent his career advising property developers, business owners and private clients on structuring and securing debt. He founded Victorian Lending Solutions to bring institutional-grade advisory to borrowers.
Senior Manager
Viren works with business owners and company borrowers, bringing a background in business planning and financial analysis to the way a facility is structured. He takes the analytical side of a mandate — the numbers behind the application, and what a lender will make of them.
Senior Manager
Yash runs lending files end to end — assessment, lender negotiation and settlement coordination — and owns the process that keeps an application moving once it is lodged. For most clients he is the person they deal with day to day.

Brendan brings more than 18 years in business development and partnerships, in senior roles across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He works across both residential and commercial lending, and is usually the first person a business owner speaks to about how a facility should be put together.

Swati works across residential lending, from first home buyers through to established property investors, and looks after documentation and compliance on the files she runs. Her part of the job is making sure nothing in an application surprises anyone later.
