Our story
Victorian Lending Solutions was founded to give borrowers access to the calibre of finance advisory traditionally reserved for institutional clients. Our principals have spent years advising property developers, business owners and private clients on structuring and securing debt.
We are brokers in the true sense: independent of any lender, remunerated for outcomes, and accountable only to our clients. Whether the requirement is a first home, a construction facility or a complex commercial refinance, the standard of work is the same.
With a panel of more than 50 banks, non-bank and private lenders, we run genuine competition for every mandate — and negotiate terms, covenants and pricing accordingly.
